The collection form sends your name, email address, city and state, asking price if supplied, item details, photos, and any PriceCharting link or list file you provide to Copeland Market for purchase consideration.

The contact form sends your name, email, and message to Copeland Market so we can respond to your question.

How the information is used

We use your submission to assess the collection and contact you about it. It is not a public listing, an agreed offer, or permission to charge you. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Who can see it

Submissions and photos are stored with our website hosting providers. The inbox, photos, and uploaded list files require the owner’s sign-in. Other visitors cannot browse your submission. When email alerts are enabled, our email provider sends the owner a submission reference and a link to the private inbox. Your photos and collection details are not included in those alerts.

Photos and contact details

Send photos of the items only. Avoid including faces, addresses, payment details, or anything else you do not want to share. Photos, including iPhone HEIC/HEIF images, are resized and converted to JPG on your device before uploading.

Request removal or ask a question

Use our contact form or reach Copeland Market through our eBay store and include your submission reference. We may ask you to verify the email address used to submit the collection.

Customer reviews

Reviews are optional. With your consent, your chosen display name, star rating, review text and review date are public. Your email and collection or payment details are not displayed. A private review link connects one review to a completed collection purchase so we can verify the customer relationship. For past customers, the owner may record a name, optional email, and a private purchase reference to create that link; these details do not appear on public reviews. Contact us to request correction or removal of your review.

Basic abuse prevention

The site uses daily request counts to limit automated submissions. A daily hash derived from the connection address is used for that limit; the address is not stored with your collection. Hosting providers may keep operational logs.
