The collection form sends your name, email address, city and state, asking price if supplied, item details, and photos to Copeland Market for purchase consideration.

How the information is used

We use your submission to assess the collection and contact you about it. It is not a public listing, an agreed offer, or permission to charge you. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Who can see it

Submissions and photos are stored with our website hosting providers. The collection inbox and photos require the owner’s sign-in. Other visitors cannot browse your submission. When email alerts are enabled, our email provider sends the owner a submission reference and a link to the private inbox. Your photos and collection details are not included in those alerts.

Photos and contact details

Send photos of the items only. Avoid including faces, addresses, payment details, or anything else you do not want to share. Photos are resized and converted to JPG before uploading.

Request removal or ask a question

Contact Copeland Market through our eBay store and include your submission reference. We may ask you to verify the email address used to submit the collection.

Basic abuse prevention

The site uses daily request counts to limit automated submissions. A daily hash derived from the connection address is used for that limit; the address is not stored with your collection. Hosting providers may keep operational logs.
